Dress code

Everything will take place outdoors in the summer. So:

  • wear shoes that are comfortable to wear in grass (obviously the chunkier the better)
  • dress for warm weather
  • bring an extra layer for when it gets chilly at night

If you still need some guidance, here are some more specific examples, modeled by the members of Megan’s bridal party (aka. her Queen’s Guard)…

Cali-formal

A more laid-back style of formal dressing. Sport coats with slacks, a suit without a tie, or wear a tie if you want! Comfortable-but-fashionable dresses, or smart pants and a top.

Kimmy and Erik — Megan’s best friends, who happened to marry each other — can show you how it’s done:

Basically, dress like it’s New Year’s Eve in California!

Geek chic

This wedding is mildly Game of Thrones themed, movie and tv-themed, and food-themed. Your outfits can be too! Rock your favorite themed outfit.

Megan will model examples…
